Kenalog is an injection and each injection contains Triamcinolone Acetonide 40mg/ml as the active ingredient. Triamcinolone acetonide belongs to a group of medicines called Corticosteroids (Steroids).
Kenalog injection is for the treatment of joint pain, swelling and stiffness in inflammatory disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis.
WARNING: Intramuscular injection must be given deep into the gluteal muscle only.
Each ml contains: Triamcinolone Acetonide Ph.Eur. 40mg
Preservative: Benzyl alcohol Ph.Eur. 1.5%
Other ingredients: Carmellose sodium, polysorbate 80, sodium chloride, water.
